Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

We ship from Daegu, Republic of Korea.

SHIPPING GUIDE

We will provide you a tracking number so that you will be able to track your package.

In some countries, customs or import duties may be charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Most orders will ship out within two to three (2-3) business days of ordering. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped.

Sometimes deliveries can be delayed through reasons beyond our control.

Once an order has left the HOT HAN Activewear headquarters, it is in the care of the shipping company . We are not liable for any errors made by these services or for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

SHIPPING FAQ

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm PST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?

Shipping estimates are provided by EMS. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

How does international shipping work?

We use EMS Express for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Taxes, duties and international processing will be assessed and collected at checkout.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that EMS Express is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if EMS is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided

Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?

Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Contact your local customs office for more information on the value limits for your country.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, you can check your shipping status in our website. If you can't check it please contact our team.
